Bavarian Spice Blend/Rub 1 Tbl whole black peppercorns 1 Tbl coarse sea salt 2 whole allspice 1 bay leaf, broken up 1/2 tsp dried rosemary 1/2 tsp whole mustard seeds 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves 1/4 tsp dried leaf sage 1/8 tsp ea garlic & onion powder In spice grinder or mortar & pestle, place all but garlic & onion powder; grind until fine.Put into small bowl and stir in the garlic and onion powder. use to season beef/pork roasts/ribs, etc. Store in tightly sealed container up to 3 mo
