Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter 5 tbsp flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Directions: Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add in the broth, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer until mixture thickens. Serve!
Easy Chicken Gravy - I used this for pot pie filling. Added a little arrowroot powder to really thicken it up. Made the pot pie with fresh carrots, celery, onion, potato, peas, and shredded chicken breast. Added thyme, sage, and a dash of oregano. Delicious!
