how to save a pic like this: cloned the background/hand out, took a soft brush around the edges of the baby to blend the clone marks. Added a glaussian blur layer and painted back the baby's face. Dodged background and blanket. Touched up baby's face and skin with soft brush at 28%, sharpened her features with a PW sharpen action, then ran PW action "soft and faded" to finish.
