This was another one that I did while Danny was recovering from having his tonsils out. I think this may be the most perfect way to eat oatmeal. A hot steaming bowl of freshly cooked oatmeal (the real stuff - not instant!), topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream melts into the hot oatmeal, providing it the perfect amount of vanilla, sugar and cream. Simply divine. I may have helped myself to more than a few bites.
