History: This picture shows the Protest. In 1968 there was a protest in France because of the bad educational system and poor working conditions. As a result it changed social changes and raised the minimum wage. France voted against the European constitution in 2005. 3 years later they ratified a similar version of it. In 2008 France struggled with an economic decrease. In 2011 they went into debt and had to cut governments, raise taxes, and unemployment continued to raise.
