    If you are doing one in fabric, you might want to use an interfacing, stiffness would depend on the weight of your fabric.You might also use sewing or fabric glue to hold the folds in place.

    I modified this to be done with an 11x17 piece of paper instead - The instructions will get you 90% of the way, and then you'll need to fudge slightly for that last bit, but it works!

    I made mine with a nice cotton fabric, and it didn't need the elastic! Im also going to try to find a small zipper to put on the side little pocket to make it a change pocket! I found it was easier to do with fabric than paper mostly because I am incapable of folding paper! I love this so much it is so cute!!!
