Bacon-wrapped filet mignon. I combined this recipe with this one http://www.lifesambrosia.com/2009/10/filet-mignon-with-peppercorn-sauce-recipe.html for filet mignon with peppercorn sauce. Didn't have beef broth, substituted soy sauce and chicken broth. A little salty, but still delicious. Didn't have shallots, used green onions instead.
