Starbuck's Hot Chocolate 1/4 cup water 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tbs. sugar 1 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp. vanilla Combine the water, cocoa powder, and sugar and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and add milk. Microwave for another minute or so and then add the vanilla. So easy. So Yummy.
