Ive been told there really is no such thing as training too early. I may not be busting out the 10 mile days every couple weeks (about 3 months before the race I will), but I do want to build my endurance, work on my form, and learn to love running so I started this schedule this week. I think following a strict plan like this will motivate me and let me know I'm training correctly
