Five-Flavor Pound Cake ~ This is now one of my new favorite pound cake recipes. I love the combination of flavors - vanilla, lemon, rum, coconut & almond, the tenderness, moistness & texture of the crumb are sublime. Plus, the crust has a wonderful buttery crunch. This cake holds up well even 4 or 5 days after you bake it, but I doubt it will last that long & I rate this cake a 5 out of 5!
