Zucchini, Sun Fed, Mexico 1- 3 each Slice zucchini in julienne style. Chop onions. Heat olive oil in pan on medium-high heat. Cook onions until translucent. Adjust heat to medium and add chopped zucchini, 1 tbsp za’atar spice mix, and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions and zucchini are browned.
