Fried Salmon Patties (Amish recipe) 2 C. cracker crumbs, 1 C. Salmon, 1 onion,1 tsp salt, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 1/2 C. milk, pepper to taste. mix together and form into patties. Sprinkle both sides with cornmeal/flour mix. Fry. This is a delicious recipe!
