We've all heard of fried green tomatoes but my mother used to fry juicy red tomatoes on Sunday morning in the summertime. She would just use flour, salt & pepper to fry up till crispy but this recipe sounds like a good alternative to hers. It uses Panko bread crumbs and served up with a creamy basil dressing. My mouth is watering!
