chicken pot pie - just chicken. Used 1/2c flour and extra chicken stock. Full onion. Rotisserie chicken and drippings in with stock. Two pans wth favorite frozen crust, took crust out and put on top. Careful with salt.
Baked Perfection: Pie Dough Cookies ... finally found info at: http://www.bakedperfection.com/2010/12/pie-dough-cookies.html .. really not much,since they assume you have left over pie dough, but that gave me an idea, if I want to make a large batch of these, use the frozen or refrigerated pie crust dough at the grocers (since I'm usually strapped for time and not able to make my own). these would be a lovely ending at Thanksgiving dinner or placed on top of sweet potato or pumpkin pies!
