Easy Chocolate Fudge ~ Sometimes the simplest recipes yield the richest results. This glossy combination of chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk is even better embellished with vanilla and chopped nuts.
3 cups semi-sweet choc chips 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 to 1 cup of nuts (optional) 1. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat melt chocolate chips and condensed milk. 2. Remove from heats. Stir in vanilla and nuts. 3. Spread in foil lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. 4. Chill two hours or until firm. 5. Turn fudge onto cutting broad. Peel off foil. Cut into squares. Store covered at room temperature.
Easiest fudge recipe in the world: 1 can Eagle brand condensed milk (14 oz ); 1 1/2 bags of chocolate chips (11.5 oz bags); 1 cup chopped walnuts. Toss all ingredients in to a mircowave bowl, melt till creamy. pour into a 8x8 baking dish, cool for 2 hours cut and serve.
