Actor Gavin MacLeod turns 84 today - he as born 2-28 in 1931. We knew him best for his role as Murray Slaughter in the newsroom on The Mary Tyler Moore Show in the 70s and as Cpt Stubing on The Love Boat (1977-'87). Some of his other credits include Operation Petticoat, McHale's Navy and The Sand Pebbles with Steve McQueen.
