Chicken Piccata - Giada De Laurentiis - This is wonderful served over pasta with a side salad and garlic bread. NOTE: Her recipe states to add 1/3 cup lemon juice, but a lot of people that reviewed her recipe said it was too tart, and would add less, so I suggest starting with 1/4 cup lemon juice and adding more to taste.
Recipe of the Day: Giada's 5-Star Chicken Piccata Thousands of fan reviews can't be wrong. Giada brings bright flavor to boneless chicken breasts by searing them, then simmering in a buttery lemon-herb pan sauce.
This is a recipe from her weeknight dinner show. I love piccata and this is wonderful served over pasta and I served with salad and garlic bread. NOTE: Her recipe states to add 1/3 cup lemon juice, but alot of people that reviewed her recipe said it was too tart and would add less, so I suggest starting with 1/4 cup lemon juice.
Chicken Cacciatore Giada de Laurentis...the best ever! When I saw her prepare this on TV I immediately had to try this. I do alot of braising style cooking with beef and lamb. Love the slow cooking and extracting full flavors of meats. Plus very healthy!!
This is one of my all-time favorite Chicken Saltimbocca recipes... It's beautiful as well as delicious-- and not too terribly difficult. The prep time always takes me a little bit longer than the recipe states but it's still a fairly easy to prepare recipe. I've served it with polenta, pasta, and as the main dish meat alongside a soup... It's always a hit~
