(Rich Mullins Hold me Jesus) Years ago when I felt like I was at my lowest, driving in the car, bawling my eyes out & lifting my burdens up to the Lord, this song came on the radio. My favorite part is, "Hold me Jesus, because I'm shaking like a leaf, You have been my King of my glory, won't you be my Prince of peace?" It's my prayer it might help someone else to know Christ is always with us...He'll never, ever leave us. He is the King of glory & will be your Prince of peace.
When You Want to be Angry: How Jesus Defined Righteous Anger
Jesus tells us in the book of Matthew that anger is “subject to judgement.” In fact, He goes as far as to compare it to murder. Now this may sound extremely harsh, but Jesus was simply trying to convey the importance of the heart.
Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.
