Homemade Wonderful Gluten Free Bread Mix. *This stuff is amazing! I made it using Ener-G Egg Replacer and Rice Milk in my Oster Bread Machine. I baked an additional 10 mins at 375 degrees for perfect crust and doneness. Great every day bread!*
gluten free bread. Changed around the order of things and it came out really well. Mix dry ingredients and add wet ones. Recipe on link says the other way around which doesn't make sense. The batter just slushed around and clumped making it impossible to thoroughly mix. Also left it to rise in a warm place (prewarmed oven) for over 2 hours. Hadn't risen at all after time said in recipe.
