gluten free cake mix pumpkin muffins; use a 15 oz can pumpkin (400 g) + 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 160 g chocolate chips. (add a little water if you want to thin the batter. I like to add 1/2 cup.) Bake @ 350 for 22-25 minutes (or until done.) Makes 12 cupcakes.
