Morning habits of successful women. Wake up. Breathe deeply for 1 minute, be grateful. Hugs. Morning wash up. Breakfast of fruit and green tea at minimum. Have egg, avocado, toast, coffee if desired. Keep primping to maximum 15 minutes for makeup, 15 minutes for hair, total for primping is less than 30 minutes. Drive to work with family is treasured time. Pray. 2 hour workout from 10am to noon is nice. Long meetings are anything that are over 7 minutes.
