Ignore the pelvis tilted and belly in. Head up, chin up, chest up, shoulders down relaxed, pull belly button up for easier diaphramic breathing, and flex tush. Always ground yourself by feeling your feet on the floor. Most likely your pelvis, like mine, will not tilt like that. We are not sticks.
