One of my favorite ingredients...for beef roasts it's fabulous for browning a roast. For steak, mix with Worcestershire and some Teriyaki sauce for a fabulous marinade for steak...let it sit at room temp for a couple hours, then grill to taste! Great product that I've sworn by for many years!

Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks -- Heat grill to high; lightly oil hot grates. Let steaks stand at room temp for 30 minutes. Generously season both sides of steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, rotating once to create hatch marks, until well-browned on the outside and cooked to desired doneness, 6 to 7 minutes per side on a charcoal grill (or 8 to 9 minutes per side on a gas grill) for medium-rare. Transfer to a platter; cover with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice steaks against the grain.
i made two racks of spareribs on Saturday. i cooked them for 4hrs at 250-275 grill temp. the only seasoning i used was Montreal steak seasoning (no sauce, i ate them as they where) and the tasted fantastic and fall off the bone. the side loin of the spares turned out great as well.
All tied up and tempering for the grill. For rich, tender cuts like this ribeye, I like to start at room temp and do 2 minutes on/5 minutes off the grill until 125F is reached...I call it "slow-grilling" to build a deeply savory crust without overcooking the inside #ribeye #steak #grilling
