Grilled Carrots..i peeled the carrots, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with salt substitute and hickory salt on both sides. Grilled in foil then when almost done put directly on grill to get more marks.....very yummy
Honestly, incredible! I used carrots and zucchini, tossed with a vinaigrette (EVOO, white balsamic, mustard powder, salt, pepper). Followed directions exactly: 425 degrees for 20-25 mins, turning once. DELISH!
