Grilled Peach Salad—Amazingly simple and easy on the eye, this is the yummiest way to end a warm summer night. Here’s how easy it is: Fire up the grill to medium high, cut peaches in half, brush cut sides with oil and grill for 3-4 minutes till grill marks appear. Turn over and grill till tender. Toss spinach, blackberries, feta and almonds in a large bowl. Slice the grilled peaches into bowl, drizzle over with vinaigrette and toss. Bon appetit!
