Hamburger buns- amazing!! Dough rise time is only 10 MINUTES! Used my kitchen aid mixer with dough hook attachment to mix in dough, needed about 4 cups for dough not to stick. But will definitely will be making these again instead of buying store bought! So worth it

No-fail Hamburger Buns ~ Everyone kept saying how SHOCKED they were that these tasted as good as they did. They tasted better than the store bought ones and without any of the ingredients you can't pronounce. I followed the recipe exact and it made 13 rolls that were the perfect size for our hamburgers.

Half Hour Hamburger Buns {Recipe} - I made these tonight. Took right around 30 minutes. They were more dense than store-bought buns, but had a great flavor and held up well when used for bacon cheeseburgers - didn't get slimy or break apart. I halved the recipe so we only had 6 buns. Honestly faster than going to the store, definitely cheaper, and tasted SO much better!!!
