The eyes get drawn from the floor to the mannequin to the eye. It starts at the floor because there is open space and a place where your eyes first rest at, then it moves to the mannequin and follows the arm to the eye picture. I love the backdrop and the use of blues and the texture of the pleats. This is more like a work of art then selling of clothing but for that very reason it as a window display still works.
