Ive personally tried this. I get extreamly painful menstral cramps. Ibuprofen just wasn't helping. Using a heating pad helped temporarily. They were so bad that I did not get out of bed. Taking vitamins daily can help with cramps but when you've had a busy week and forget this simple trick helps. There is multiple Essential Oils you can use for cramps and every ones body is different so this may work for me but you might need a different oil or a higher amount of drops. I use 3 drops of…
