Tortilla hot dog wrap aka Pigs in a Poncho - On the side of these I make a thin shred of a cabbage right as we are serving , squeeze some lemon on it, coarse sea salt and fresh somewhat course pepper and enjoy with a simple mayo dip thinned out with a little milk, pepper and a dash of salt. Amazing combination!

Didn't really have a plan for dinner tonight so we went with a what's in the refrigerator special. Opted for 2 97% ff Hebrew National hot dogs (2sp) on 1 light hot dog bun (2sp). I eat it with a knife and fork so that I can make the one bun thing work...and it also makes the hod dogs last longer.
