    I use hot water and 3tbls of farbic softener in a old windex bottle. Works amazing.

    I used warm water and vinegar. Put it in a spray bottle and spritzed the entire wall. No pre-scratching needed. The paper practically fell off!

    I bought one of those steamers you clean and dewrinkle with to do it. I use it all the time to disinfect and knock stains out of the counter. Totally worth the price.

    Use a Steamer if you have a lot to remove. If it's just borders, I don't think its worth $50
