Horseradish Pickles 1 quart Dill Pickles- drained, rinsed and quartered 5 oz jar prepared Horseradish 1/3 cup Vinegar (white) 2/3 cup Water 1 1/2 cups Sugar Place pickles and horseradish back in jar. Bring vinegar, water and sugar to a boil. When the sugar is dissolved, pour over the pickles. Mix well and refrigerate.
