• SALMON WITH LEMON, BUTTER & DILL • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Place 1 pound salmon fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle 1/2 to 1 jar of norman bishop lemon butter and dill sauce over the salmon. Season with 1/4 tsp garlic powder, sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
