4 cups pecans, 1/4 cup butter, 4 tbsp brown sugar. Roast 2 minutes initially, then add other ingredients and cook another 5 minutes

My Roasted Pecan Recipe (super easy) * 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter * 1 teaspoon salt * 2 cups pecans * Melt the butter and add salt until mixed * Pour mixture over pecans and mix until coated * Spread out on cookie sheet * Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes * Remove immediately and place on paper towels (I usually place mine on parchment paper to cool) * If you use salted butter then just cut back on the teaspoon of salt to ½ teaspoon.

How to ROAST raw pecans: in a single layer at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes on oil-sprayed foil placed over a cookie sheet. Move them around with a spatula half-way thru. You know they're done when they smell great! Watch carefully so they don't burn.
