I need something like this for motivation. I have goals and I keep track of my weight, but its always nice to have something you can touch versus having a chart on my computer. // I'm going to make this but with more pounds between each goal, like three pounds at a time or something
I did this already....got good with a lot of shit, but we all got shit that even though it doesn't bother us or eat at you anymore, still molded you into who you are and how you think....perceive things.....
Needed this reminder today. I'm at week 2 and feeling it, but was discouraged I'm not seeing more. Dumb!! I feel it so I know the progress is there. Trust the process Make it to 4 weeks and then Keep going!
