Adductor workout - Targets the smaller muscles deep in your thighs. Lay on your side with the bottom leg straight. With the other leg place it in front of you with your foot flat. Slowly raise your straight leg about 6in of the ground& back down (continuous motion) It is a small movement so make sure you don't go fast & stay controlled. Do 15-20 or 30-45 secs x 3-4 sets.
