~Zesty Chicken, Potato, and Green Bean Bake~ 9x13 pan, cut 3 boneless chicken breast in half, add 2 cans of green beans on one side, and cut up red skinned potatoes on the other side. Sprinkle a packet of zesty Italian dressing mix on top. Drizzle 1 stick of melted butter (i added some honey and seasoning to the butter) all over it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Caramelized Italian Chicken: 2-3 lbs Chicken Breast, 1 packet (0.7 ounce) of dried italian dressing mix, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. Mix the dressing mix and brown sugar, then coat chicken breasts. Layer in a 13x9 foil lined pan, top with remaining mix if desired, then bake at 350* for 20-25 min on each side.
