Jack Haley in "The Wizard of Oz" (1939)---- John Joseph "Jack" Haley ( 1898 – 1979) was an American stage, radio, and film actor best known for his portrayal of the Tin Man in the now-classic film The Wizard of Oz.

The rounded exterior walls and second floor balconies with railings suggest a luxury ocean-going liner. During the summer of 1960, Senator John F. Kennedy occupied the penthouse during the Democratic National Convention.
