Jamaican black castor oil really does work to grow back hair. Many women of color use it on their hairlines to fix hair loss from braiding, and it grows back over-tweezed eyebrows and skimpy lashes. The Perfect Oil Mixture for HAIR GROWTH. Oil Mixture: Jamaican Black Castor Oil - 2 ounces Virgin Coconut Oil (unrefined) - 2 ounces Tea Tree Oil or Peppermint Oil - about 2 teaspoons. Again, I will opt to use jojoba instead of coconut. Maybe add Lavender and Rosemary. Include a teaspoon of peppermint too. (Comparing recipes to come up with my own.)
