Gingerbread Martini Jelly Shots : put into sm. pot 1/3c (Monin) gingerbread syrup, 3Tbsp water, 3Tbsp sweetened cond.milk; sprinkle with 2.5env Knox gelatin (1/2env.=about 1tsp). Let stand 2-3min. Heat on very low heat, stirring, til dissolved, about 5min. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2c vanilla vodka, then 1/2c Baileys, then 1/3c Kahlua (stir well after each). (May strain). Pour into molds or loaf pan. Chill overnight. Garnish each shot with a bit of Cool Whip and maraschino cherry piece.
