The Corn Dog Palace - Mix 1c jiffy mix, 1c all purpose flour, 1 1/2c milk, 1/4c sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 1tbsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 1egg beaten. Pour batter into tall glass. Skewer dogs (pat them dry) then dip them in the batter. Gently roll while dunking them in the hot oil. Cook about 2-3mins or until golden brown. Allow grease to drain onto paper towel, the eat. Now your home can be called "The Corn Dog Palace" too! :o)
Mini Corn Dog Muffins makes 16 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 3-4 hot dogs Nonstick cooking spray Preheat oven to 400°. Generously coat cups of mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray & set aside. Prepare corn muffin mix as instructed on box. Let rest for 5 min. Cut hot dogs into 1-inch pieces. Place one hot dog section in the middle of each filled muffin cup. Bake for 10 min. Remove, run a knife around the edge of the mini cups to loosen & remove. Enjoy immediately!
