gluten free bread. Changed around the order of things and it came out really well. Mix dry ingredients and add wet ones. Recipe on link says the other way around which doesn't make sense. The batter just slushed around and clumped making it impossible to thoroughly mix. Also left it to rise in a warm place (prewarmed oven) for over 2 hours. Hadn't risen at all after time said in recipe.
gluten free bread - good. I put the yeast plus some of the honey in one cup of warm water and let it proof. Omitted powdered milk and added 1/2 cup coconut milk after adding the yeast mixture. It needed over an hour to rise and even then didn't get an inch over the pan. Baked for 55 min. Need to put foil over after about 40-45 min because it gets dark fast. Small loaves, taste good though.
