We can't change the past. We can only learn from it and use those lessons to live more intentionally and compassionately today. Forgive all in the past. My father picked up Jon Kabat-Zinn's book, Wherever You Go, There You Are, after his diagnosis with cancer in 1996. It changed the course of his life, and soon after, my own.
