Cheesy Kale Chips. LOVE them, but HATE that a small bag costs a fortune! This is my FAVORITE cheesy kale recipe. To really streamline the process, I pre-soak and freeze a large batch of raw cashews, so that I always have some ready for when I want to make this recipe.

NOTE: Dehydrate longer than 8 hours for summer Knoxville weather; try 12 hours. It's important to get the moisture out so they don't spoil. Try storing in the refrigerator to extend their life.
