Tutorial on DIY Mercury Glass. Spray the INSIDE of a vase with 5-6 thin coats of Krylon Looking Glass spray paint. Dry 10 min. Spray with a half water-vinegar solution. Let sit for about 20 sec. Distress with a scrunched up plastic grocery bag and rub as much of the spray paint off as you would like.
