Best London Broil Recipe!!! Rub a lot of salt on both sides of London Broil let sit for 15min rinse.  Preheat oven to 500 degrees (that's right, 500!). Marinate with  Worcestershire sauce and red wine to taste, salt , and pepper. Place the meat in the oven and immediately reduce heat to 225 degrees. Cook for 45 minutes for medium rare, for average thickness London Broil. The meat will be uniformly medium rare throughout, with a well sealed crust. Adjust time for thicker meat or doneness…

Tender London Broil

Tender London Broil 2-3 lbs. London Broil 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can Campbell’s Tomato Soup 1 package Lipton Beefy Onion dry soup mix 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp. dry red wine (I used Ruffino Chianti Classico because it was open.) 1 tbsp. minced garlic
