Caviar Pie! 1 onion minced, 8 hard-cooked eggs chopped, 4 tbls mayo. Mix together and put on bottom of pie pan. Whip 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in KitchenAid until smooth consistency. Spread on top of egg mixture and refrigerate overnight. Top off with 6 oz lumpfish caviar, parsley, and lemon wedges for garnish.
