Homemade Creamy Alfredo Sauce - I have changed the recipe I cook at home by substituting some or all of the butter with EVOO, and the sauce still tastes amazing!!! You can also use Neuftchel. This recipe also reheats well; might need to add a few tablespoons of water if it does not reheat as creamy as you would like it.
Greek Yogurt Alfredo Sauce | Creme de la Crumb -- I used actual garlic and let it brown up in the butter a little before adding milk. Also threw in some italian season for good measure. Super yummy and easy/quick to throw together. Definitely be making this again when I have an alfredo craving.
