Skin-on Savory Mashed Potatoes - I think this is the first time I have seen skin on mashed potatoes. Course there are a lot of things I have not seen. Seems like it would be a great thing to try.


Mashed potatoes, best southern side ever!! Take a 5lb bag of red potatoes and peel them leaving just a little red on each one for texture, cube and boil until fully tender. Drain potatoes then mix in half stick of butter, a few dollops of sour cream, and milk until the potatoes are the constancy that you like. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Tip Lawry's seasoning salt will bring out the flavor.
