2cups leafy greens (spinach, kale leaves, etc). 2cups liquid (water, fruit juice, almond milk, coconut milk). 3cups fresh or frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries, oranges, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, pineapple). Protein powder. Oats. Blend in blender. Pour in mason jars leaving a little space at the top of the jar. Freeze. Take out and put in fridge the night before & enjoy in the morning!!
