Alternative to cooking in sauce for 3 hours-- preheat oven to 375, grease pan (I used canola spray), cook for 22-25 minutes. The size was a mix of large marble size for my toddler, and "typical" meatball size for me and hubby. (10 small, 15ish big)
Who says you can't get crispy meatballs from the oven? The best part about these meatballs are they don't taste like burnt oil. They get nice a crispy on the outside but the heat of the oven keeps them moist and tender on the inside. Total meatball keeper!!
